If included, covers in any event the dog/puppy should die from a congenital disorder, i.e. Heart, Lungs, Liver, or Kidney. The warranty covers one year from the said dog/puppy date of birth. The said dog/puppy must be taken to a licensed veterinarian by a State University Medical Center or equivalent and have a necropsy performed within 24 hours of animals death and the appropriate veterinary report stating the congenital cause of death must be presented to seller within 72 hours. This covers a replacement dog/puppy of buyer’s choice of at most equal value determined by the seller. Under no circumstances will the seller ever be responsible for any veterinary expense related to above said dog/puppy in contract, in life or after death.
