Get Pre-Approved for Interest-Free Puppy Payments

At Paw Palace Puppies LLC, we make it easy to bring home your new puppy with our hassle-free, interest-free payment plan. Our quick pre-approval process requires no credit check and is available exclusively to Arizona residents aged 18 or older. In accordance with A.R.S. § 1-215(22), applicants must be at least 18 years old to legally enter into a binding contract. To apply, simply complete our online application with basic information including your name, address, employment and income details. Once submitted, a team member will contact you by phone or text within 24 hours during our business hours (Wednesday to Sunday, 11 AM – 6 PM) to let you know if you’ve been pre-approved. Once you have been pre-approved, Paw Palace Puppies will contact you and may request documentation for income verification, proof of residence and valid ID or Drivers License. Once this process has been completed, we will help you move forward with your puppy purchase.

Interest-Free Payment Plan – Terms and Conditions

By participating in Paw Palace Puppies LLC Interest-Free Payment Plan, you agree to the following terms:

Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total purchase price is required to reserve a puppy. This deposit will be applied toward the final purchase amount.

Remaining Balance
The remaining balance is divided into equal monthly payments, not to exceed a total term of six (6) months from the date of deposit.

Payment Method
All installment payments must be made via automatic credit card deduction using the card provided during the application process.

Credit Check
This payment plan may require a credit check. Pre-approval is based on employment verification, income documentation, and proof of Arizona residency.

Age & Residency Requirement
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older (per A.R.S. § 1-215(22)) and reside in the state of Arizona to qualify.

Grace Period & Late Fees
Payments are automatically withdrawn on the payment due date. If the payment transaction is declined/returned, on the 3-day after the due date, the customer will be accessed a $25 late fee. If the customers account is not brought current within 10 days of due date, the customer will be assesed a $5 daily late fee until the account has been brought current.

Default
Accounts past due by more than 30 days will be considered in default. In such cases, Paw Palace Puppies LLC reserves the right to pursue legal collections, and the Buyer will be responsible for any associated legal and administrative costs.

Ownership Transfer
Ownership of the puppy, including any registration or documentation, will not be transferred until the purchase is paid in full. (Paw Palace Puppies has the right to hold all documentation for ownership if payments are not made on time.)

Refund Policy
The customer has 48 hours to have their puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian for their initial puppy health check. If the licensed veterinarian diagnoses the puppy with a medical issue that was not caused by neglect or abuse, Paw Palace Puppies LLC will require that the puppy be returned to be examined by our licensed veterinarian. Once the issue has been confirmed, a refund may be issued. If there is a conflict in diagnosis then a third party licensed veterinarian will be required to examin the puppy to confirm diagnosis.

Early Payoff Option
Buyers may pay off the remaining balance at any time without penalty.

Note: This interest-free payment plan cannot be combined with any other financing options or promotional offers provided by Paw Palace Puppies LLC.

Confirmation and Agreement

By submitting this pre-approval application, I confirm that the information I have provided is true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that this is a no-credit-check pre-approval application and that approval is based on the information submitted, including proof of income, employment, and Arizona residency but in some cases a credit check may be required for finance completion. I further acknowledge that submitting this application does not guarantee approval and that Paw Palace Puppies LLC reserves the right to request additional documentation as needed.
